If you are looking for a bathroom addition, a complete face-lift of an existing bathroom, walk in-tubs, ADA shower, or just a fixture upgrade, we can help. We have some of the best tile setters in the area and our tile selections will amaze you.
Kitchen Remodeling
We excel at the smaller, cost-effective jobs like economical cabinet refacing, or we can help you tackle a full kitchen addition to your home or anything in between. You can work with one of our kitchen designers or we can work with yours.
Roofing Repair & Replacement
We offer a free roofing inspection where we will inspect for all of the above conditions and more. You may be able to postpone installing a new roof with our recommendation to repair a few small problem areas.
Siding Repair & Replacement
We offer a free siding inspection where we will inspect your entire house for all of the above conditions and more. You may be able to postpone replacing your siding with our recommendation to repair a few small problem areas.
Window & Door Replacement
During our visit, we can measure your windows and/or doors, recommend options and explain the differences between double and triple-pane glass, E glass, Argon filled, thermal breaks, etc. With doors we will explain the advantages of wood, steel, fiberglass, and glass and help you decide which would be just right for your home.
Decks
The Annapolis Builder can design and build for you a custom deck, patio, gazebo, trellis, pergolas, lattice skirting, and more. All custom exteriors are designed to flow with the home and the many choices of style and materials and custom carpentry can make your project very unique. And they are built to last and be maintenance free for life with no staining or waterproofing necessary - ever!
Land
The Annapolis Builder, Mike Kinnahan, is an agent with a local Realty Co. We are often first to be aware of potential Maryland building sites in and around the Chesapeake Bay area. If you are looking for land to build on, Mike can send you a list of the available properties that meet your criteria - waterfront, water view, Annapolis City, farms, etc.
